License Agreement
This License Agreement governs the use of all digital products sold and distributed by NevoTone, including but not limited to impulse responses, reverb impulse responses, cabinet IRs, NAM captures, ToneX captures, Kemper profiles, presets, and other downloadable audio-related content.
No license key or registration is required. The license is automatically granted upon purchase or download of the product.
By purchasing, downloading, or using any product from NevoTone, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement.
1. License Grant
All products are licensed, not sold.
NevoTone grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased products for personal and commercial creative work, subject to the restrictions set out in this agreement.
2. Permitted Use
You are allowed to use the products in your own productions, including but not limited to:
- music productions
- recordings
- mixes and master recordings
- film and video productions
- television and broadcast
- podcasts
- sound design
- commercial client work
You may freely distribute and monetize finished productions that include the use of NevoTone products, provided that the original product files are not distributed.
3. Intended Use
The products are designed to be used with compatible software and hardware platforms, including but not limited to:
- convolution reverb plugins
- Neural Amp Modeler (NAM)
- ToneX
- Kemper Profiler
- IR loaders and similar tools
The products are intended to function as tools within your own production workflow.
4. Restrictions
You may not:
- resell the products
- share or distribute the files to other users
- upload the files to any public or private file-sharing service
- include the files in any free or commercial bundle or package
- transfer the products to another person or company
Each purchase grants usage rights to one user only.
5. No Use in Commercial Plugins or Products
The products may not be implemented, embedded, or used in any plugin, software, hardware unit, or other product created for commercial use.
This includes:
- audio plugins
- virtual instruments
- effect processors
- amp simulators
- reverb plugins
- preset packs
- IR libraries
- sample libraries
- capture or profile packs
- subscription services
- any product intended for sale or distribution
You may not use the products, in whole or in part, as the basis for any competing or derivative product.
6. No Redistribution of Source Files
The products may only be used as part of your own productions. The original files may not be shared, transferred, or made available in any extractable or reusable form to any third party.
7. Ownership
All products remain the intellectual property of NevoTone.
Your purchase grants you the right to use the products under this License Agreement but does not transfer ownership or copyright.
8. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will automatically terminate if you violate any of the terms.
Upon termination, you must stop using the products and delete all copies.
9. Acceptance
By purchasing, downloading, or using any NevoTone product, you confirm that you agree to this License Agreement.
